Making an Appointment
It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with us. Simply call 602-973-0325 for Phoenix and 480-941-8889 for Scottsdale and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. When you call, we will obtain preliminary patient information and send you a patient info/insurance packet over email so that we can verify insurance and other pertinent info prior to your first visit with us. Patient info/insurance packet can be easily filled out on your phone or your computer directly. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.
Your Initial Visit
For general new patients, at your first visit, all areas of your mouth will be thoroughly examined. This process will include a detailed examination of the teeth, soft tissue, supporting structure alignment, bite, oral cancer screening and more. A complete set of x-rays may be needed along with models of your teeth. All the information that we obtain will be carefully evaluated so that we may accurately assess your dental needs. After your examination, you will be ready for the preventive oral hygiene session. At this time, you will have access to the latest theories and techniques for controlling dental disease. Specific approaches will be recommended for your individual needs. Your teeth will also maybe cleaned by our licensed dental hygienist, a professional dedicated to your receiving maximum longevity from your natural dentition. After your preventative appointment, we will explain your dental evaluation and plan for treatment. Immediate needs as well as long term objectives will be based on the goal of your receiving maximum life for your natural teeth.
We accept a variety of dental insurance/discount providers. Please call our office at 602-973-0325 for Phoenix location and 480-941-8889 for Scottsdale location to see if we are currently working with your dental insurance/discount provider. Our fee schedule is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to arrange a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need without further delay. However, we remind you that your dental policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we’ll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
We understand that every dental patient has different financial needs. We will work with you to find a solution that enables you to get the dental care you need, with or without insurance. Call our office to ask about our different payment options that may include cash, check, financing, and credit cards. In terms of financing options, we provide CareCredit, Landing Club and other financial company to help you set up payment plans for your individual needs. Also, we provide In-House-Payment plans for Orthodontic treatments with a minimal down payment.
